Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3–7 business days. Domestic delivery adds 3–10 business days; international adds 7–21 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at fiveatesixfrbrkfst@gmail.com — we can update your address before production begins, but not after.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies. Print-on-demand items are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — our relaxed-fit items run true to size, but fitted styles can run slightly small.

Do you offer plus sizes?
Many of our products go up to 2XL, 4XL, or 5XL depending on the item. Check the variant options on each product page.

Print & Product Quality

Will the print fade after washing?
Our all-over prints use dye-sublimation or direct-to-garment printing built into the fabric. Cold wash and low-heat dry keeps colors sharp long-term.

Are your products made ethically?
We work with print-on-demand partners including Printful and Contrado who maintain ethical production standards. Items are assembled in the USA or EU from globally sourced materials.

Orders & Custom

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, production may have already started.
