Refund & Return Policy

At Aesthetic Rebellion we sell two kinds of products: digital downloads (SVG cut files and other instant-download designs) and made-to-order physical items produced by our print-on-demand partners. Because these are very different, they are covered by different rules — please read the section that applies to your order.

Digital downloads (SVG & instant-download files)

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once delivered. All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed. We do stand behind our files: if a file is corrupt, will not open, or you received the wrong file, contact us at dyles@aestheticrebellion.store within 14 days of purchase and we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.

Physical print-on-demand items

Because physical items are printed and made to order specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at dyles@aestheticrebellion.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: custom or personalized products, items marked final sale, gift cards, and all digital downloads.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since you received approval and you have not seen your refund, contact us at dyles@aestheticrebellion.store.

EU & UK customers

Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days under applicable consumer law. Please note this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, which you acknowledge at the time of purchase.
